Three patterns we noticed
1 · Corporate separation is deliberate. Keeping RT Testing, Vehicle Repair Centre, Pro Compound, Evolve Care and UK Medical Direct as five legally distinct entities isn't ad-hoc — it's clean liability separation, the way an experienced founder would. VRCS is an especially clean signal: acquired 24 May 2023 rather than absorbed into RT. This is someone who has read the tax and insurance literature.
2 · Every entity is debt-free. Not one charge registered across nine companies and ten years. No bank borrowing, no HP on fleet, no finance against the property. You bought everything with cash or retained earnings. Remarkable at this scale and worth protecting.
3 · The children's home is the ethical tell. A car-business owner who adds an Ofsted-registered therapeutic children's home to the portfolio isn't chasing margin — that's mission. It colours the whole operating posture.
How the console respects this arc
This console is built for your shape of business, not a template. Three implications:
